Проблема ошибки синхронизации времени - битый блок.
Если это не текущий блок, в который идет запись данных, его можно удалить или переместить в другую папку для последующего анализа данных, если они являются важными. Этот файл открывается блокнотом.

In the future, if you have this problem, rather than deleting the history block, simply move the folder from its current directory into another directory--any directory that isn't listed as one of the Historian "Storage Locations". It is safe to this anytime the files aren't being written to (e.g. not the current block and no store-forward, CSV, SQL or Toolkit applications writing to it). You also should be able to open these "block80.inf" files in "Notepad" or another text editor. Though it obviously can happen, getting these errors after a DST change is not expected. In the two 10.0 systems I checked, neither had the problem. For reference, here's the contents of the "block80.inf" from one of the systems (times are in UTC):
